Raw food goodies!

Yesterday I had a uncooking day. Came up with 3 lovely recipes starting from the left:
Chewy dark caramel squares, Bee pollen chocolate and Green Bee hills.

Chewy dark caramel squares
For the caramel:
1/2 C raisins (gives it a VERY rich flavor, you can use dates as well, I just didn't have any at home)
2-3 T mesquite powder
50 ml cacao oil/butter

Blend raisins and mesquite first until well blended then add the cacao oil. Make a square out of the dough on a baking paper, refrigerate.

For the chocolate top
2 T cacao
1 T Lucuma
1 T cacao butter
1 T coconut oil
pinch of salt

Blend well by hand and put on top of the caramel. Garnish with some cacao nibs. Leave in the fridge for an hour to set before cutting up to squares.

Bee Pollen Chocolate
1/4 C bee pollen "flour" (grounded)
handful of nibs
1 T Maca
3 T Cacao
pinch of salt
25 ml yacon syrup
50 ml cacao butter
1 T coconut oil
1 T Lucuma

Mix everything by hand, pour into your favorite mold, refrigerate, ENJOY!

Green Bee hills
1/3 C raisins or dates
1/4 C bee pollen "flour" (grounded)
1 T Lucuma
0.5-1 T Spirulina
1 T coconut butter

Blend roll to balls and roll in desiccated coconut!
